Whether it’s a new installation, repair, or a full roof replacement, TM Roofing provides a professional and efficient service tailored to each client’s needs.

Torch on felt is a bitumen-based roofing system applied using a gas torch, which heats the underside of the felt, allowing it to adhere securely to the roof surface. This method creates a strong, waterproof barrier that’s highly resistant to weather conditions. The torch on technique ensures the layers bond together effectively, making the system long-lasting and ideal for the variable climate in Hastings, which includes strong coastal winds, rain, and damp conditions.

TM Roofing offers a full range of torch on felt services in Hastings, from small domestic garages and extensions to large commercial flat roofs. The process begins with a full roof assessment, where TM Roofing’s experienced team inspects the current condition of the roof and advises on the best solution. If a new torch on felt system is required, the old materials are carefully removed, and the surface is prepared to ensure a clean and stable base.

One of the main benefits of choosing TM Roofing is their use of high-quality, multi-layer felt systems. Typically, a three-layer system is applied, consisting of a vapour control layer, an underlay, and a mineral-finished cap sheet. This multi-layered approach offers excellent waterproofing and durability, often lasting over 20 years with proper maintenance.

TM Roofing’s torch on felt systems are ideal for a wide range of applications, including flat roofs, balconies, dormers, and porches. They are particularly suited to properties in Hastings due to their robustness and resilience against moisture and temperature changes. The mineral finish also provides UV resistance, protecting the roof from sun damage over time.

Safety is a top priority for TM Roofing, especially when working with heat during the application process. Their team is fully trained in torch-on methods and complies with all health and safety regulations. For added peace of mind, all work is insured and comes with a written guarantee.

In addition to full installations, TM Roofing also offers repair and maintenance services for existing felt roofs. This includes patching leaks, resealing joins, and addressing any wear and tear before it becomes a major problem. Regular inspections and minor repairs can significantly extend the lifespan of a torch on felt roof.

TM Roofing prides itself on its honest advice, competitive pricing, and high standards of customer care. They offer free, no-obligation quotations and work closely with each client to ensure the finished result meets their expectations.

In conclusion, TM Roofing is a leading provider of torch on felt roofing in Hastings. With experienced installers, high-quality materials, and a commitment to excellent service, they offer dependable and cost-effective solutions for all types of flat roofing projects. Whether you need a new installation or a repair, TM Roofing is a trusted choice for durable, weather-resistant roofing.
